Here is another stab at the project i assigned my class, though this time I picked one with lots of different accessories. Took about 8 or 9 hours. No tracing, limited colour picking side by side painting and pic painting. There are a lot of errors, but it's the best I could do. My second one of these ever, but it's so fun I might do more with more strict rules.

I want to try it on one layer rather than using a few next.

Its based off this model from Kera magazine in Japan named Akira, who is also in a band DISACODE.

EXACTLY! I never said it out loud... never understood the point of drawing a replica of a photo... I mean the photo took a second to make and the drawing took several hours and eventually they look the same :s I mean I appreciate the drawing technique but I still think it's a bit silly
