Master Charles was so enthused with the line art that he decided to have me colour it as well, so here is the result.

I spent way too much time on it, mostly since i had drawn it in pencil whereas for a colouring job like this i would have opted for inked lines. I wasnt expecting to colour it.

The face is more anime / manga looking that most of the things you usually see me do, but i was requested to match the style of the anime closely.

Lineart: 2 H pencil
Colours: Corel Photopaint 8 (1997)

Wow and wow...It's always amazing to see a piece colored after you see the pencils...It can really bring out the picture so much more. How long did this one take to color, BTW? Oh and as I said on the line art that it was only a nine cup out of ten due to the fact it wasn't colored so now I guess I have to give it the full pot. :coffeemug:

A nice mixture of both light and dark, you captured the essence of a conflicted character perfectly mood wise. The pose is stellar and the colors add to it and make them more dramatic.
