1 000 000 hits!

So here is the 1 000 000 mark! I just want to say that what i will put up is something that i have poured my heart and soul into and i hope you guys appreciate it. It should be within the next few days that I will be posting it so i just want to say a few things first:



1- Firstly any and all of my talent that I have is in the hands of Allah, that’s my belief, I don’t ask you to believe the same, but it wouldn’t sit right in my own heart if I didn’t say that first off. As a result I thank Him for any shred of talent I have and hope that I use it to its best capacity and improve on it throughout my lifetime.

2- You guys have really helped me improve as an artist, and though I have said it before, I will say it again: All of your comments and critiques, though sometimes they hurt (no I’m not emo)  I do take them as eagerly and serously as possible. Even if you can’t draw too well in your estimation, a mistake is a mistake on my behalf. So thank you for that.

3- The well wishing and encouragement I have received from you guys, again, is something that has pushed me forward and made me feel like someone out there actually likes my art for what it is or isn’t. Years I spent feeling I had to be something I wasn’t, and you have buried that menacing demon now for me with your kind words and compliments.

4- I have used commercial entities to gain fame and I am sure it has contributed to my success. It is my job to work on these properties, and for the most part you will find that material here. Especially Ibuki as of late heh. I have a lot more respect for people who made a million hits by their own art and characters. Right or wrong that’s how I feel about it.

5- I can’t say that from now on everything I will put up here won’t be  SF related, but as much as I am allowed to do and feel is safe I will put up my own personal work. Much neglected, much anticipated, there seems to be an opening on the horizon for my story to finally bloom and this is the thing I will share with you soon.


I think at the end of the day I have no guarantee as to how long I will live, and if I have a chance I would rather have died trying to do my own thing than to have just let be buried with me in my grave. I have to put food on the table for my wife and kid, and those priorities are first because I am not a rich person in that way, but where I can I do work on this hoping one day to release it.

So even if this is the only thing I do put up of my story, at least I tried and I hope Allah accepts all my effort.
