As I've said many a time, my BlogTV viewers have been watching me for almost a whole year getting to know the good and bad sides of me whether I like it or not , heh.
Well today was one of the most pleasant surprises that they could have given me and allow me to explain how I saw it:
I was working away trying to learn SketchUp in order to model some maps from 5th Capsule which I have writen some three chapters of, when all of sudden I hear a knock at the office door. My office is deep within the office area , so sometimes I don't hear it. It was one of my students with a GAP bag and non-threatening demenor.
I asked him what it was, to which he replied 'when you open it, you'll know'. I responded quickly with another question : 'will it explode'? He assured me it wouldn't. I took it back to my office and the BlogTV people were there as I was in the middle of broadcasting.
I open it.
Apparently, my fans from the show all got together and bought for my birthday not only an HD 1020pi web cam, but also a brand new Bamboo tablet. They also went so far as to hand write thank you letters and have them all scanned to accompany the gifts. I was shocked.
I still am. I thanked them profusely, and I thank them again.
I have the best fans period. Here's to my fans and one full year on BlogTV, lets start the next year in HD!

As someone who's been dealing with depression for a very long time, I can say that your show helped me as much as you feel that it helped you. Never did I expect to find myself tuning in everyday to catch you on blogtv. What started as a huge, but simple interest in your work really turned into a genuine desire to talk. We may not see eye to eye on everything, but I'll never get tired of coming into the chat. You guys are all worth the time spent.
