500 000 Hits!</U>

How are you guys doing?

You know, for a while I was really debating putting up pictures here, mostly because the ones I take are not hi-end at al, but i found a solution for that. I am going to have my facebook site display my photos and personal stuff, while DA will be only my art barring the few stray photos already in the scrap section.

This way you can see some of the things i see at conventions for example as well as other neat stuff. I routinely update my car photos with rare cars i see everynow and then. Just add me as a friend and i will add you no problem.

Here is my Facebook page for the more hardcore fans:… add me as a friend and i will let you in to my life lol. Add amessege too like ' Hi I saw you on DA! You really suck! ' or whatever.

Also, i have totally cleaned out my office and dusted and washed everything. Interestingly, the one shelf that was loaded with all my sketchbooks was one of those areas cleaned, and i could not help but go through a bunch or rather i should say all of them! What a freaking stroll down memory lane, I wish i had that much time to mess around like that.

In those  old sketchbooks i get reminded of my roots and that i have a warped sense of humour. I would show you show you most of these but they can get a bit crass lol. I still have the first comic i worked on  in college, and all these stages i made up for the old Sega game Outrun. But i will try to cherry pic some of the more odd ones and up them to my scrap section for a hoot.

I went for a bike ride yesterday ( Monday 13 2008 ) and the weather was clear and  23°c / 74°F. All the cherry blossoms, lillacs, and apple blossoms are out and creating the most beautiful smell as you travel down the road. Simple things like that are often enough to change a bad day into a good day. I am cooped up here working all the time, but midday I force myself outside to get some sun and explore.

From those  1.5 hour walks, and 1.5 hour bike rides, I keep my weight down, my legs are rock solid, and I get fresh air. Sitting infront of a comp all day can ruin a person, especially if they are a snacker, so get out if you can. You often will come back recharged with ideas and inspiration.

So anyways, yeah i know I haven't uploaded anything really new, but I have so much work that people are demanding be done immediately. For those ofyou waiting for your commissions to be mailed, I will get to it I am just letting them build up a bit so i can mail it all off in one shot, but dont worry they are safe and sound right on my drawing desk.

Come pay me a visit on my Facebook site too!…

Asalaamalaikum = Peace be upon you!

I really have to clean my entire room as well because I'm going to China at the end of the month and I probably won't come back for a year.

I wish I could smell the blossoms during my senior trip in Boston. 3hrs walking one way passing out Gospel tracts, and then a 2 hr walk back to the bus (actually a classmate's van) They day before that, brother Bryan made us run 15 minutes around the gym. My legs are in good shape for the moment.
You being on facebook kinda makes me wanna start an account.
