Update July 15 2007

Sun Jul 15, 2007, 9:11 AM
Thanks for visiting!

Stitches suck.

On monday , 2 of them left of their own terms and then on friday when it seemed that it was a tight closure of the wound i alleviated the other two of thier duty. But there is still i huge gash of soft flesh and at the slightest prick or rip it will start bleeding, so i have to keep it covered until the skin is stronger.

This is taking longer than expected, and i have a lot of work to finish before SDCC. While the pain is gone, the bandage is too slippery and i cant feel the pencil/pen.

Thank you for all the well wishing you guys gave me, it realy made me feel better. Actually i got a fell messeges from people who also got hurt last wee, so i offer you my  best wishes in return, and hope and pray for a speedy recovery for you!

Injuries suck, but they make you appreciate how fortunate we are when we dont have them afflicting us.

Sorry for no new art, but i will dig something up,

NOW ONTO SOMETHING I PROMISED YOU!!

For those of you who voted and overwhelming 80% in favour of seeing my injury in my last poll, you can find it in my scraps section, nice and big 1600 pi X 1200 pi.  NOT FOR THE WEAK STOMACHS lol.   Here you go :  www.deviantart.com/deviation/5…

You have been warned,

Asalaamalaikum = Peace be upon you!

I hope you feel better soon, I'm too nervous to look at the photo but from the sound of it it doesn't seem like something I'd want. XD

By the way, I saw your artwork in Anime Insider! :)

Your finger reminds me of something from The Nightmare Before Christmas.

You'd best avoid vigorous handshakes for a few weeks, otherwise it will be reopened and the streams of red pain will ensue.

I wish you the best and most appropriate recovery (this is giving you the option to have a scar if you want one, if scars are you thing...).

Whoow.. It does look that bad. Though I believe the stitches can be done better. That looks very uncomfortable.

I do come from a traditionally medical-wise lineage, and I do practice that.
Have you heard of of gamat(sea cucumbers)? [link] They have somewhat magical healing properties and is just suitable for regenerating. Whatnot, they can speed it up.

I'd say get yourself a gamat medical of some sort. Especially considering something's coming up, you'd better get healed soon.

Try using sports tape instead of a bandage; it has just enough texture to give a bit of feel.

See you at SDCC.
