Time and the lack thereof:Now normally at this point I usually say that I have not been around and for the most part have been on BlogTV, although this time it's different:
The deal is now that I am teaching three classes at the college and all told that sums up to around 50 - 60 students. I am not a person who likes to be social at all times, rather I prefer to have people when and where I want them to be in my life and no other place. Sounds a bit odd, but I am a person who needs his space and at times I almost get a clausterphobic type of feeling when i don't get my space.
So it goes without saying that if I am trying to take care of my classes that I often time do not have time to invest in my usual outlets. When it's a high stress situation I drop off all communication and focus on what I need to get done. Once those things are taken care of, my family comes next and then my health.
That said I don't want people to feel that i have dissappeared, but do understand that I have to keep things together to put food on the table.
As for 5C:Most of my bloggers will know that I have taken 5C down and made it more underground for the time being as I write up how I want it to go. The handful of people who have seen will agree it is nothing like what i did in the Vent book, and that i have officially burried that idea and started fresh with similar / same characters.
I don't want it to become a project I hype and keep putting off, so as a result I have taken it down barring one or two images to give you a taste of the new flavour.
Anything past that I will make known when it's ready. For now I have no intent to publish it and I am planning to make a doujinshi so that the idea can never be corrupted by editors or money. I want this to be a piece of art that is not bound by 22 page chapters and panels, and let it flow as it will. If there's swearing, there will be swearing, if there are issues that are uncomfortable, there will be those too, if there is slapstick humour that will occur as well.
If only 10 people read I will be fine with that. I have a bit of fame for working on SF stuff but I don't want to sell my idea out for more. This book will be for my fans/friends.
I want it to happen, but I must feed my family first with work that pays and thats just the end of it.
Girl7:So I will be putting together some very special prints that will be sold along with the book at conventions. The idea is that they will be a simple 8 x 11 print that will be a theme for each show, so far I have this:

I am thinking it will be limited to 50 prints per show to make it rare.
I will be working on the prints in the coming weeks, and I will have a poll perhaps for the two SF characters I will do alts for this year.
